What you'll do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CSMs across UK, Canada, and Australia.
  • Drive QBR excellence, success plans, and executive engagement for priority accounts.
  • Partner with Sales, PS, Support, and Product to ensure customer adoption and growth.

What you'll bring:

  • 8+ years in customer-facing roles, 3+ years managing Customer Success teams.
  • Track record driving retention and expansion through a team across enterprise and public sector.
  • Strong partnership skills across functions and comfort with Salesforce and Gainsight.

Bonus:

  • Experience in public safety, justice, or corrections sector.
  • Familiarity with Axon or comparable device and cloud ecosystems.
