About the Role:
- The Accounts Receivable Manager leads the Insurance Collections team within Kestra's Revenue Cycle Team.
- This role ensures timely and accurate collection of third-party receivables and drives continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage team performance, workload distribution, and staffing to optimize AR workflows.
- Oversee denial management, payer performance, and AR aging through data-driven analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prevent recurring denials and improve reimbursement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience with strong insurance AR focus.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing AR or collections teams.
- In-depth knowledge of payer reimbursement, denial resolution, and appeals across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial.
