The Senior Program Manager for Jump Academy, is a strategic and execution-focused role responsible for building, launching, and managing a strategic talent program globally. This talent program is designed to build the next generation of high-impact talent. You will own the program end-to-end, from establishing strong cross functional partnerships with key stakeholders, establishing and growing university partnerships, building robust enablement and establishing a comprehensive 1-year growth journey. This role requires exceptional coordination skills, a competitive spirit to secure top talent, and the ability to Communicate with Impact across functional business leaders, HR Business Partners, the in-house Talent Attraction, and other stakeholders.
