Driving Canva’s growth marketing strategy in Benelux, with a strong focus on the Netherlands, translating global priorities into local execution
Scaling user acquisition and engagement through performance channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Leading creative experimentation to identify high-performing messaging, formats, and campaigns that resonate with local audiences

You're probably a match if:

You have experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing—ideally within high-growth consumer tech environments
You bring strong expertise across paid media channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and understand key performance levers like ROAS, attribution, incrementality, and retention
You have a deep understanding of the Dutch and broader Benelux digital ecosystem, media landscape, and consumer behavior
