Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst you will work with product leaders and development teams to build a deep understanding of customer problems through data driven analysis, translating insights effectively back to the team, organizing work to be done, and contributing towards solutions that realize customer and business value. You will also contribute towards the development, implementation and coaching of Product Analysis related methodologies, approaches and tools to continuously improve the best way to do product at Xero. You will lead the translation of customer problems into actionable user stories, manage the backlog with Product Management, guide product development against strategy, and foster collaboration. The role involves monitoring product performance, providing support throughout development, and contributing to the improvement of product practices through training and coaching.
