Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Account Executives to strategise and plan for deal success.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer needs.
- Build and present powerful presentations and product demos.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years in a technical pre-sales role in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom.
- Solid understanding of voice protocols and messaging APIs.
- Experience with public cloud platforms and REST APIs.
Location and Travel:
- This role will be remotely based in the UK or Ireland.
- Approximately 35% travel is anticipated for in-person connections.
