The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, detailed analysis, support, and maintenance of assigned HR / Payroll Technology solutions (Workday, Workforce, UKG, or other assigned portfolio assets). It will function as a business partner with the global HR organization by leveraging knowledge of system functionality and other functional/technical skills to provide user, production, and project support. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, preparing, and executing test scripts, providing level 1-2 support to HR and business users, troubleshoot systems issues, and perform ongoing configuration/development of the systems.
Assists in the configuration and maintenance of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Absence, and Compensation and UKG Time Tracking. Responsible for assisting with Data Management activities and creating and maintenance of custom reports. Participate in creating test cases and executing regression testing and collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
