About the Job:
- Serves as the technical lead within the EMR Support organization.
- Guides complex investigations and coordinates high-priority escalations.
- Ensures the EMR Support team effectively manages integration health.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical lead and escalation authority.
- Proactively monitor integration health metrics and issue trends.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to EMR Support analysts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in healthcare IT or clinical systems support.
- Experience troubleshooting HL7 interfaces and cross-system data flows.
