Responsibilities:
- Own and administer the commissions platform end-to-end.
- Lead the end-to-end commission calculation process.
- Administer and execute sales incentive compensation plans.
What You Bring To The Team:
- 10+ years of experience leading sales compensation and commissions administration.
- Deep expertise owning and administering a commissions platform.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms for accessing and interpreting sales data.
