E-commerce Business Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day business administration tasks including Shopify management, order processing, and inventory.
• Manage multiple customer service inboxes and respond to high volumes of emails with appropriate tone and speed.
• Provide sales support through CRM, pipeline assistance, and invoice follow-ups, while proactively identifying operational issues.

Qualifications:

• Must be based in South Africa and available to work UK business hours.
• Shopify experience or familiarity with similar sales or wholesale systems is required.
• Strong commercial awareness, technological proficiency, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential.
