E-commerce Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon and e-commerce operations: advertising, listings, sales data, inventory, and FBA coordination.
• Support accounting: pull Amazon data for Pilot, enter invoices, and prepare CPA packages.
• Ensure compliance and logistics: maintain USDA/FDA files, coordinate with 3PLs and brokers, handle cross-entity workflows.

Qualifications:

• Strong English proficiency for detailed operational and financial instructions.
• High-level operator capable of building and improving SOPs, working independently.
• Excellent numerical and reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.

Technical Requirements:

• USB headset with noise cancellation, working webcam, and computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
• Main internet speed at least 25 Mbps, backup at least 10 Mbps.
