Job Description

Lead a nationwide Account Executive team, shaping and executing strategies to increase win rates, develop robust territory action plans, and collaborate closely with Customer Success to maximize revenue retention, and Sales Development on pipeline growth. This pivotal role will shape and execute strategies to increase win rates, develop robust territory action plans. Provide visionary leadership and coaching to a team of Sales Managers and a large team of Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture focused on exceeding individual and team quotas while ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional sales experiences. Collaborate strategically with Customer Success leadership to develop and implement initiatives focused on maximizing customer retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from prospect to go-live. Design and implement effective territory management strategies and action plans, ensuring optimal market coverage and resource allocation to capitalize on key opportunities and drive consistent results. Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify areas for improvement, refine strategies, and provide insightful reporting to executive leadership on key performance indicators and progress against goals.
