Role Overview:

  • Manage a portfolio of Business Banking clients within an assigned market.
  • Act as primary point of contact ensuring premium client experience through timely service request resolution.
  • Proactively support customer retention and risk mitigation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries and resolve problems, taking full ownership through resolution.
  • Maintain knowledge of clients' financial relationships, including deposits, loans, and leases.
  • Set up and maintain client deposit products and manage customer service for loan and lease products.

Collaboration and Compliance:

  • Work with the sales team on portfolio management activities, including in-person sessions.
  • Liaise between internal fraud teams and clients for real-time support.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
