Job Description
Strategic Partnerships:
- Own strategic partnerships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, driving solution adoption and aligning with operational priorities.
- Develop and deliver product utilization narratives to showcase return on investment and identify new opportunities.
Customer Success and Support:
- Proactively identify customer performance improvement opportunities, leveraging robust data.
- Maintain customer engagement levels and support customer NPS scores.
- Support churn reduction for organizations and products.
Required Experience:
- Prior health plan experience and exposure to health care organizations is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills.
