Job Description

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Own strategic partnerships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, driving solution adoption and aligning with operational priorities.
  • Develop and deliver product utilization narratives to showcase return on investment and identify new opportunities.

Customer Success and Support:

  • Proactively identify customer performance improvement opportunities, leveraging robust data.
  • Maintain customer engagement levels and support customer NPS scores.
  • Support churn reduction for organizations and products.

Required Experience:

  • Prior health plan experience and exposure to health care organizations is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills.
