Responsibilities:

- Manage version control, track revisions, and maintain centralized, accessible records.
- Track submission timelines and proactively ensure audit‑ready documentation well ahead of project approvals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of construction experience.
- Ability to review confidential US security information.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in federal contracting or O&M environments.
- Strong document management skills with construction and safety management tools.
- Detail‑oriented and organized with excellent communication skills.
