Job Description
Identify and assess passive candidates for current and future openings. This role will manage sourcing channels and ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool. Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters on developing and executing sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate for current and upcoming openings. Attend recruitment strategy meetings to understand and develop an ideal candidate profile, the role’s impact on the business, career path, etc. In partnership with the DEI TA Manager, build diverse pipelines to ensure alignment with the DEI strategy and goals. Leverage external partnerships and attract passive candidates to build future pipelines.
