Program Manager, People Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate a portfolio of People Department initiatives, developing project plans, timelines, and dependency maps.
• Partner with the Director of People Transformation to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Conduct process documentation and operational excellence activities, including SOPs and process maps.

Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of program management, project management, or related experience.
• Proficiency with change management methodologies and project management best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience with cross-functional coordination.
