Job Description
Strategy & Market Development: Owning the 3-year data center growth plan and collaborate with SMEs for unified strategy execution. Building metro-level penetration plans and defining segment plays to align with Rexel’s portfolio.
Ecosystem & Account Expansion: Developing relationships with hyperscalers, colos, EPCs/GCs, OEMs, and A/E firms. Orchestrating pursuit lifecycle and engaging cross-functional teams to deliver integrated value. Landing/expanding MSAs and national agreements.
Supplier/Vendor & Solution Leadership: Partnering with category SMEs to strengthen solution leadership and curating preferred vendor stack. Championing value-engineered solutions and sustainability options and negotiating programs and logistics.
Revenue Operations & Enablement: Establishing a repeatable playbook that included best practices, BOM templates and standards. Enforcing CRM discipline and forecasting cadence and supporting pricing and supply chain optimization.
Marketing, Thought Leadership & Collaboration: Representing Rexel at major industry conferences while driving storytelling through case studies, webinars, and white papers. Maintaining strong collaboration with SMEs and vendor partners and building a Center of Excellence with Marketing.
