What You’ll Do:

Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for cloud call-handling solutions.
Provide advanced technical training and knowledge transfer to customers.
Be a trusted advisor, championing a customer-centric approach.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
At least 8+ years of experience in a technical role related to VoIP.
Proven knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and network infrastructure.
