Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end project plan for each new market/site.
- Develop and maintain detailed launch timelines.
- Facilitate regular cross-functional check-ins and status updates.
Space Setup & Vendor Coordination:
- Manage all logistics related to physical office or branch setup.
- Source, procure, and track all supplies and equipment needed for launch.
- Coordinate with IT vendors to ensure reliable infrastructure.
Local Team Handoff:
- Partner with HR and recruiting to ensure local leadership and initial staffing are in place.
- Design and execute a structured operational handoff process.
- Remain available as a resource to newly launched teams during their initial ramp period.
