Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end project plan for each new market/site.
  • Develop and maintain detailed launch timelines.
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional check-ins and status updates.

Space Setup & Vendor Coordination:

  • Manage all logistics related to physical office or branch setup.
  • Source, procure, and track all supplies and equipment needed for launch.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors to ensure reliable infrastructure.

Local Team Handoff:

  • Partner with HR and recruiting to ensure local leadership and initial staffing are in place.
  • Design and execute a structured operational handoff process.
  • Remain available as a resource to newly launched teams during their initial ramp period.
