Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of client roles across LATAM, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Serve as the final quality check before any candidate reaches a client, setting and maintaining process integrity.
- Build and refine ATS workflows in Ashby and document what works so it survives turnover.
About You:
- 5+ years in recruitment, including at least 2 years running full-cycle searches independently.
- Experience leading a recruiting team and a track record of building processes from scratch.
- Fluent English and Spanish, with hands-on recruiting experience in LATAM markets.
