Insurance Operations Specialist

The Insurance Operations Specialist is critical to our agency’s daily success, maintaining smooth operations and supporting team growth. This role involves managing early-stage customer service, aiding in policy servicing, handling inbound calls, and improving workflows for efficiency. You will support post-sale relationships, process policy changes, manage carrier operations, and ensure our systems and data are accurate. By maintaining organized information, assisting agents with licensing and system access, and proactively addressing customer needs, you will be key to our efficiency, compliance, and client retention.

This role will drive operational excellence by ensuring accurate policy servicing, renewals, and claims handling, enhancing both efficiency and client satisfaction. You will maintain detailed client records, build reports, and track performance metrics to uncover improvement opportunities. Champion compliance by upholding regulatory and internal standards, minimizing risk, and ensuring policy quality. Also, you will manage agency tools, troubleshoot issues, and aid the team in leveraging technology for efficiency and connectivity.
