Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Coordinate scheduling in an objective manner, plan, and schedule staff for nursing units to assure care for the resident.
  • Distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility to ensure staffing meets state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors.
  • Must possess strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills and abilities.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and Word applications.
