Job Description
As a Senior Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Leading commercial launch initiatives, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to purchase.
- Supporting neonatal and pediatric sales by serving as the primary clinical and product expert.
- Providing workflow integration guidance for new hospital implementations, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of technology.
The ideal candidate will:
- Communicate clinical and economic value to key stakeholders, including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, critical care nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Capture market insights and feedback to inform strategy, refine sales playbooks, and reduce barriers to adoption.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, reference hospitals, and other strategic partners.
