Job Description

As Sales Support Manager – Workleap Platform, you will play a key role in revenue growth by supporting our sales development representatives (SDRs), business development representatives (BDRs), account executives (AEs), account managers (AM) and customer success managers (CSMs) to win, retain and grow customers. You will design and implement support strategies to strengthen revenue teams, improve sales efficiency and increase customer value. Your competitive intelligence leadership will directly impact conversion rates and retention, contributing to Workleap's growth. Develop and execute targeted support programs to strengthen sales skills, product knowledge and customer engagement of SDRs, BDRs, AEs, AMs and CSMs. Maintain an in-depth understanding of sales funnel blockages, causes of churn, product capabilities and ideal customer profile using tools like HubSpot, Gong and strategic collaboration with Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
