The Role:
- Own and elevate Yuno's technical customer relationships across Latin America.
- Lead a team of TAMs while staying close to the most complex customer challenges.
- Work with Product, Development, Sales, and Partnerships to drive outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as senior technical point of contact for strategic accounts, owning escalations.
- Define best practices for onboarding, integration delivery, and account health monitoring.
- Champion the LATAM customer base with regional intelligence.
