Role Overview:
- Own the build, quality, and ongoing maintenance of our Gainsight content including playbooks, health rules, and alerting logic.
- Work at the intersection of customer marketing and RevOps to translate lifecycle strategy into scalable, reliably-functioning content.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining playbooks, rules, and workflows in Gainsight CSP.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with a track record of building for scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and maintain human handoff alerting logic, ensuring the right signals route to the right owners.
- Monitor and report on live playbooks, proactively resolving issues before they impact customers.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base compensation range from $99,200 to $124,000 USD.
- May also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
