Job Description
Be at the front lines of family engagement, conducting high-trust consultations with parents to assess their child’s academic goals and recommend tailored tutoring solutions from Dojo Tutor. Convert warm leads from key cohorts (canceled subscribers, inactive trial users, and account creators) into active subscribers by providing expert guidance and personalized service. Your impact will extend beyond individual sales—your insights will help refine product offerings and messaging across the org. You’ll manage and document all activity in the CRM, contribute to sales process optimization, and consistently hit daily and monthly performance targets.
Over your first 12–18 months, you’ll: Conduct high-quality, trust-based consultations with parents from targeted cohorts. Convert assigned leads into active subscribers at a strong conversion rate. Provide structured feedback to influence product and service improvements. Maintain accurate and timely CRM records to support follow-ups and performance analytics. Meet or exceed daily call quotas and monthly revenue goals.
