Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week including scheduled live chat shifts.
Multi-task and efficiently navigate through several programs and applications.
Not take offense when direction and correction are given.

Requirements:

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be familiar with Chatbooks Products, App, and website prior to training.
