About the Role:

  • Provide direct support to new and returning customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Use creativity and empathy to leave each customer feeling positive and satisfied.

Responsibilities:

  • Work an 8-hour shift from 10:30 AM to 7 PM MT, Monday through Friday.
  • Deliver timely, accurate support and simplify complex product questions.
  • Report bugs and handle data reconciliation in Jira.
