About the Role:
- Provide direct support to new and returning customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Use creativity and empathy to leave each customer feeling positive and satisfied.
Responsibilities:
- Work an 8-hour shift from 10:30 AM to 7 PM MT, Monday through Friday.
- Deliver timely, accurate support and simplify complex product questions.
- Report bugs and handle data reconciliation in Jira.
Skills & Experience:
- Adaptable to high volumes during Open Enrollment and tax season.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and listening skills.
