Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound call volume, expecting 30-35 post-sales calls/chats per day.
  • Provide single call resolution and handle escalations to the best of your ability.
  • Maintain customer records in Salesforce.com and report issues using ServiceNow.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years in a customer-facing, fast-paced service role.
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM for phones and 45+ for chat.
