This director-level role is responsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth. The Director will oversee a team of channel sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and exceptional performance while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an elevated partner and buyer experience. Responsibilities include developing and executing a channel sales strategy to meet annual bookings goals, leading and mentoring a team of channel sales professionals, building strong relationships with channel partners, partnering with various departments to align on channel messaging and product feedback, educating channel partners on Sword’s solutions, monitoring key sales metrics, and staying informed on industry trends.
