What You’ll Do:

  • Perform advanced review and validation of data within grants management databases and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with submitted documentation.
  • Support project management for large-scale grant initiatives, including coordination of tasks in project management software, maintaining record keeping systems, and managing general mailboxes.
  • Execute and coordinate clear and professional outreach efforts to grantees and payment recipients, partnering with senior project leads while proactively supporting communication and issue resolution.
