Job Description

Responsible for the sales of professional online staff and student safety & regulatory compliance solutions tailored exclusively to the education industry. Ensure assigned territory growth and profitability by initiating and developing solid business relationships with key K-12 decision makers. You will plan and execute strategies and sales tactics in the following areas: territory planning, prospecting, relationship development, pricing, presentation and delivery, negotiations, accurate forecasting, and closing new sales to both prospects and clients. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan within a specified territory. Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets. Continually build and grow a robust sales pipeline via relentless prospecting. Initiate and develop relationships with multiple key decision makers. Organize and conduct sales presentations, site visits and product demonstrations both in person and via web.
