Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new hire orientation logistics, including technology requests, welcome materials and schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process.
  • Uphold compliance with all company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a recruiting coordinator or comparable role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
