Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new hire orientation logistics, including technology requests, welcome materials and schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process.
- Uphold compliance with all company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a recruiting coordinator or comparable role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
