WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage the onboarding process by sending hiring documents, background check packets, and welcome letters.
  • Conduct and track all background checks, reference checks, and driving record verifications.
  • Prepare weekly orientation rosters, maintain personnel and licensing files.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED and at least 2+ years of HR experience related to recruiting, interviewing, or hiring.
  • Experience using HR and onboarding software, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Google Sheets) for reporting, analysis, and workflow management.

SKILLS CRUCIAL TO SUCCESS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring accuracy in onboarding documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage a high-volume onboarding workload efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, leave administration, and workplace regulations relevant to onboarding processes.
