Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to determine business needs.
• Source relevant profiles through multiple active and passive channels.
• Conduct screening and skills assessment, qualify candidates and provide recommendations to the hiring manager.

Successful Candidates Have:

• Prior experience of 5+ years in a Technical Recruitment/ Staffing/ Talent Acquisition role.
• Excellent communicator combined with an enthusiastic and dynamic personality.
• Ability to build quality relationships with internal stakeholders, partners and candidates.
