About the Role:
- Generate and close IT projects related to web development, mobile application development, and custom software solutions.
- Commission-based, offering attractive earnings per successfully closed project.
- Identify and acquire new clients for web, mobile app, and software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through freelance marketplaces, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Coordinate with our technical team.
- Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing.
Compensation:
- Commission-based payment per project.
- High commission structure (percentage discussed based on project size and value).
- No earning cap – higher project value means higher commission.
