About the Role:
- Own the highest leverage parts of the business: free user activation and lifecycle email marketing.
- Focus on in-app messaging, onboarding flows, and expansion identification.
- Work closely with executives and team leads to turn real user behavior into shipped product.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the full lifecycle communication stack: email, in-app messages and push.
- Define success with clear KPIs, track them regularly, and keep the team aligned around them.
- Use AI aggressively for lifecycle copy, segmentation, lead scoring, alerts, and personalization.
