- Coordinate between Product, Engineering, IT, and Clinical Operations to ensure roadmaps fit live clinic environments.
Data and Operations:
- Build dashboards and reports to track feature adoption and ROI, ensuring data infrastructure measures impact.
- Standardize bug intake and prioritization, driving transparency and reducing resolution time for operational issues.
