About the Role:

  • This role helps define and build what customer success looks like at Rewind.
  • You will report directly to the CRO and partner closely with enterprise customers.
  • You will own the end-to-end customer experience, from onboarding through renewal.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct business reviews and executive check-ins with stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer health and retention.
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify cross-sell opportunities.

What You’ll Bring:

  • You possess experience managing a renewable book of business in a SaaS company.
  • You have the ability to manage enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • You have a proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong accountability.
