About the Role:
- Drive growth within the Mid-Market segment (500–5,000 employees) across the Northeast territory (NY, NJ, MA, CT, PA).
- Manage complex multi-stakeholder navigation and closing deals with precision.
- Solve meaningful behavioral health challenges for employers.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the "CEO" of the Northeast Mid-Market territory, identifying high-potential prospects.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from cold outreach to final negotiation and contracting.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and provide leadership with updates.
