Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Learning & Development Analyst (Technical) to support the success of new hires across the Product team. This role is critical in driving an effective onboarding and training experience for new hires, ensuring they quickly become accretive to their respective teams, and supporting our record-speed growth at the company.
In this role, you will facilitate new hire training program, working closely with new hires and their managers to ensure successful onboarding. You will plan and coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires, facilitate team-specific live training sessions, and provide feedback on technical projects and answers (SQL, Python, analytics).
You will communicate performance updates regularly, collaborate with IT and People Operations to resolve onboarding issues, and maintain/improve training documentation and coursework in the LMS. You will also review and grade candidate assignments, support Business Operations with cross-functional projects, and gather stakeholder input for process improvements.
