Lead Onboarding Program Manager

As a Lead Onboarding Program Manager, you will independently manage complex projects, collaborate across functions, and provide thought leadership on best practices. You will identify and implement new approaches, influence stakeholders, and measure impact through data-driven insights. This role reports into the Senior Manager of Learning & Development and plays a critical part in shaping employee success from Day 1.
