The Client Partnership Associate possesses strong communication and relationship-building skills to identify client needs, craft solutions, and provide best in class customer service. This role serves as the primary liaison for day-to-day operations and program support with a portfolio of clients, partnering with Client Relations, Employee Services, Senior Supervisors, and internal teams to deliver excellent service. Responsibilities include strategic thought around process and implementation of programs, serving as day-to-day operational support, hosting meetings, consulting with clients to identify operational topics, and maintaining Client Trackers. They also support client program rollouts, change orders, and demos, providing input for QBRs, submitting Jira tickets, managing suspected fraud processes, and managing client reference materials. The role also entails managing client employee escalations and appeals.
