Job Description

Take ownership of a portfolio of Financial Advisor accounts, managing high-priority clients and fostering long-term relationships. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and optimizing account performance. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Serve as a trusted partner and primary contact for Financial Advisors. Strategically engage and retain clients by understanding their needs. Counsel Advisors on best practices to optimize SmartAsset campaigns.Lead high-priority client escalation calls, including negotiations. Maximize revenue by selling additional products and services. Manage and drive revenue in a growing book of business. Utilize Tableau and other sales tools to uncover new business opportunities. Represent the AM business in strategic meetings and provide feedback to the leadership team. Maintain accurate Salesforce records for Advisor accounts. Oversee pre-activation processes, including compliance approvals and onboarding. Action feedback from the Concierge team to improve engagement.
