Technical Implementation Advisor

You will lead the technical onboarding process for new Zeenea Data Intelligence Platform customers and develop and execute customer implementation plans ensuring smooth deployment and adoption. Responsibilities include managing the technical setup, configuration, and deployment of Zeenea, ensuring seamless integration into customer environments. The role involves providing customer technical documentation, workflows, and best practices for metadata management and governance, as well as proactively identifying technical implementation risks and providing recommendations to mitigate possible issues. Support includes advanced technical integrations to extend platform capabilities, delivering ongoing technical insights, and advising customers on complex metadata manipulation projects.
