Job Duties:
- Create and maintain Job Postings through an Applicant Tracking System.
- Initiate communication and follow-up with applicants in a timely manner.
- Schedule and conduct phone screens for all qualified applicants.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare industry or desire to learn Healthcare.
- Excellent time-management skills and organizational abilities.
