Senior Sales Director, EMEA

As a key member of the regional leadership team, the Senior Sales Director will define and own the EMEA retail growth strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market needs. They will lead business planning and strategic forecasting across multiple channels and markets, identify and execute high-potential white space and expansion opportunities, and mentor a high-performing EMEA sales organization, fostering accountability and cross-market collaboration. This role requires strengthening executive-level partnerships with top retailers across EMEA, overseeing negotiation of commercial agreements and joint business plans. Full ownership of the commercial P&L across the EMEA region is expected, delivering against sales goals and margin targets. The director will champion the voice of the EMEA retailer, optimize in-store presentation, and ensure flawless execution of new product launches.
