About the Role:
- The Engagement Manager executes industry-leading B2C sales through complex sales techniques to drive territory strategy and achieve yearly revenue targets.
- This position supports the Chicago territory and requires up to 60% travel with overnight stays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage candidate and professional partner relationships, nurturing candidates and implementing local marketing strategies to grow the market for implantable technology.
- Demonstrate sales acumen to identify opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation of sales activities.
- Collaborate with B2B teammates and coordinate candidate educational events and awareness initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience and demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, strong computer skills, and ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Total Rewards:
- Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 with annual commission opportunity.
